By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use“), Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy and Return Policy that govern the use of the Site.


We understand the importance of getting your items to you as quickly as possible. Please, allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders placed before 1pm EST get shipped on the same day.


We offer free shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum required. If you wish to arrange a different shipping method for your order, please contact us prior to making a purchase and we will give you an accurate estimate for your preferred delivery type. 

 Free shipping will be provided to 48 continental states only. The full list of qualified states is given below:

By completing a purchase with free shipping, you give us permission to use our preferred shipping method and carrier for your order. 


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days for a full refund depending on return reason. All items must be in their original condition and in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Opened items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Please, include the original receipt that came with your item. Failure to do so may result in delay return processing. For all returns that are not due to shipping damages and/or factory defects, return shipping will be paid by buyer.


If your item gets lost or damaged during shipping, we will send you a free replacement. If your item arrives damaged and/or appears to have a factory defect, please contact our Customer Support at 718.499.6200 within 7 business days after you receive the item and request a return shipping label. After we receive the damaged/defected item back, we will send you a free replacement.

Please understand, that once the item has departed our facilities, it is fully in the hands of the shipping carrier and completely out of our control. However, we are still responsible for the item until it reaches your door. If your item does not arrive to you within 20 business days, it will be considered “lost” and, therefore, qualify for a free replacement. It is your responsibility to notify us of all lost items for a free replacement to be processed. 


If you have purchased an item and would like to exchange it for a different item sold on the Site, please, contact our Customer Support at 718.499.6200 and our representative will assist you in quick exchange processing. Please, note, that you will be required to pay for return shipping as well as the shipping of the new item to you.
